Bookings & Deposit Policy
*To secure your appointment, a 20% retainer fee is required. This amount will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
*Your appointment is officially confirmed once the retainer fee has been received by Sare Hair & Makeup.
*Retainer fees are non-refundable, but don’t worry, if you need to reschedule, simply submit a new retainer to book a new appointment.
Pricing Policy
*Our listed prices reflect the base cost of each service.
*The final price may vary depending on the specific services or customizations you choose.
*Additional charges may apply for any extras requested during your appointment, and these are due at the end of the service.
*Prices are subject to change at any moment.
Late Policy
*We understand that sometimes life happens! However, arriving late may result in a shortened service or additional fees. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please plan to arrive on time.
No Show Policy
*If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing prior and proper notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost at your next appointment.
*No-shows result in the loss of any retainer fees.
*No-shows will result in being unable to book future appointments without full prepayment of next service.
*We understand emergencies happen, please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot make it, as partial consideration may be given at our discretion.
Cancelation Policy
*We understand that 'life happens', but to respect the time of stylists and clients, we request at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel any appointment. We do not offer refunds due to clients we turn away ensuring your appointment is held.
*Please be aware that prior to your appointment, careful time and preparation is needed to deliver best possible service, therefore we reserve the right to retain the full retainer fee.
*Cancellations must be communicated via phone, text, or email. Messages left on social media may not always be considered timely notice, so we strongly recommend using direct contact methods.
*Frequent or last-minute cancellations may impact your ability to secure future appointments, as we prioritize clients who honor scheduled times.
Rescheduling Policy
*If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
*Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your original retainer, and a new retainer will be required to secure the new appointment.
*We do our best to accommodate changes, but rescheduling is subject to availability. Early notice helps ensure you can get a time that works best for you
*Repeated rescheduling or last-minute changes may require prepayment for future appointments to guarantee your spot.
Refund Policy
*We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
*Cuts, colors, and lightening services: Clients must reach out within 72 hours for a free fix. After 72 hours, adjustments are subject to a 40% service fee if contacted within 14 days. After 14 days, adjustments are charged at 100% of the service.
*Braids: We do not offer refunds. If you'd like to make any changes, please communicate before leaving. I am happy to make any adjustments. Once you confirm you are satisfied there will be no refunds issued.
*Tie-in Braids: Are final sale.
-No refunds, exchanges, or returns are accepted once the product has been purchased.
Service and Preparation Policy
*Hair must be freshly washed, detangled, and blown out prior to your appointment unless otherwise specified.
*If additional prep time is required due to hair condition, extra charges may apply.
Photos and Marketing
*By booking, you agree that your service may be photographed or filmed for portfolio or social media purposes.
*If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please notify us at the time of booking or before your service begins.
Privacy Policy
*Client information, including contact details and service history, will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
*We collect contact information to:
-Confirm appointments and send reminders
-Communicate important updates about your services
-Provide personalized service based on your preferences and history
-Follow up on adjustments or post-service care
*By providing your information, you consent to its use solely for the purposes listed above.
Right to Refuse Service
*Sare Hair & Makeup reserves the right to refuse service for any client who:
-Arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol
-Behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully
-Poses a threat to the safety or well-being of staff or other clients
-Scalp Health: has open sores, severe dandruff, or signs of lice.
*Sare Hair & Makeup is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during appointments
